Analyst Putin Is In A Good Mood Confident He's Winning

I might add to this Indian media outlet and I have to say given the comments coming up from Vladimir Putin in this interview. Richard, it's been many years since I've interviewed him, but this is a Vladimir Putin. I recognize this is someone who is in a good mood, quite confident and sees that he is able to get what he wants out of Ukraine. He did talk a little bit about the Peacedale Richard. I do have to tell you before I let you go and he says that he does believe that what the US presented to him was new, that they had to take it each piece point by point but said that they were ready to engage in shuttle diplomacy and here's the important bit.
