Ingredients:

Putoala Goldilocks:

For 3/4 kilo recipe:
6 cups or 760 g all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups or 482 g white sugar
8 tbsp. or 113 g butter or margarine
6 tbsp. or 86 g baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 pcs. small/ medium or 3 pcs. large/xl eggs
1 1/4 cups or 150 g powdered milk
4 1/2 cups water

For 1 kilo recipe:
1 kilo all-purpose flour
3 cups white sugar
10 tbsp. butter or margarine
8 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
5 pcs. small/ medium or 4 pcs. large/xl eggs
200 g powdered milk
6 cups water

Kutsinta:

3 cups or 380 g all-purpose flour
3 cups or 420 g cassava
3 3/4 cups or 750 g dark brown sugar
6 tsp. lihia or lye water
7 1/2 cups water

For 1 kilo recipe:
1 kilo all-purpose flour
1 kilo cassava
1 3/4 kilos dark brown sugar
16 tsp. lihia or lye water
20 cups water
