Locked OUT...Adjusting Monaco RVs Entry Door

So I was just trying to help a customer with a battery issue...but I couldn't even open the door. He stores his 2006 Holiday Rambler Abassador at a dealer in Mesa, AZ and lives in Canada and was unaware the door was stuck. In order to perform the repairs he requested I needed to get inside the motorhome. So after breaking into the unit through a window, I manhandled the linkages until the door opened.
