Supreme Court Hears Birthright Citizenship Case #breakingnews

The US Supreme Court heard three cases yesterday. One of them, the CASA v. Trump case which challenges the Trump Administrations attempt to end birthright citizenship. Birthright citizenship is currently protected under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, and CASA supporters believe an attack on it is rooted racisms and prejudice towards Black and Hispanic Americans.

Supporters began rallying outside of the Supreme Court Building as early as 6am. Signs, speeches, and chants took over the front steps. Attracting hundreds protesters from across the country. Including a pair of high school students from Pennsylvania.
