Congress to Hold Navarro & Scavino in Contempt, Refer them to DOJ for Prosecution. Will DOJ Indict?

Donald Trump lackeys Peter Navarro and Dan Scavino each committed the crime of contempt of Congress by failing to appear on lawfully issued congressional subpoenas. Congress is now poised to vote them in contempt and refer them to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution.

DOJ indicted Steve Bannon after Congress referred him for contempt. But more than 100 days ago, Congress referred Mark Meadows for prosecution for contempt and DOJ has yet to indict Meadows. So it's an open question what DOJ will do with the criminal referrals of Navarro and Scavino.
