Xenosys Vex uses profanity and slurs again, and openly rejects to abide by Square Enix ToS - Again!

Xenosys Vex is openly saying on twitch:

"You can't criticize the game and profanity is not fucking allowed?" "The ToS is fucking retarded” and “ fucking stupid”
Square Enix shouldn’t be allowed to “police people outside the game”

He's going to restrict his stream (no clips, no VODs) so people can't clip proof of his perpetual aggressive and hatefull misbehaviour that constantly disrespects Square Enix and violates the Terms of Service of FFXIV.

He shows no respect for Square Enix / the Terms of Service and is actively trying to hide proof of his violations which lead to him now being banned twice from playing Final Fantasy XIV.

Why is Square Enix allowing him to openly disrespect and insult them on every occasion? How would their Investors think of them if they see that one of the biggest Twitch streamers and Youtubers for Final Fantasy XIV behaves openly disrespectful and constantly insults Square Enix? It's unbelievable that Square Enix is allowing such behavior to continue.
