Outdoor Painted Wood Sign With Vinyl Lettering

In this video I show start to finish how I make my custom outdoor MDO plywood signs. I use 1/2" MDO 95% of the time, cut the pattern with my Q54 vinyl cutter, trace the pattern and cut it with a jig saw. The edges are primed and sanded and primed again if needed, then painted with 1 Shot lettering enamel. Once the paint is dry I cut the Oracal 751 cast vinyl and apply it to the sign. The whole process takes about 7 days or so with the paint drying and the touch-ups. Enjoy!
