All About the Complexity of Parts || Dissociative Identity Disorder

Curious about what makes one headmate a fragment and another part an alter? Here are some answers to that very question!

On an editorial note: there is space for another complexity category between minimal parts and pure introjects for brain made alters (not introjects) who are unaware they are part of a system (I promise that makes sense if you watch the video). As we do not currently have any parts who experience this, we have not labeled a category for these alters, but we are aware this is an experience many other systems have.

This video was filmed in Australian heats, which out phone did NOT like. We are sorry for the lighting and angle changes that occurred, because the camera shut off, and the decreased quality of some clips because the phone was too hot. We are working on problem solving this, so we can continue to make content as Summer hits here in the Southern Hemisphere.
