Automation has the potential to replace certain types of manual jobs with more efficient automated processes

However, it is important to note that automation is often used to complement and enhance human work rather than replace it completely

In many cases, automation can free up humans from performing repetitive or mundane tasks, allowing them to focus on more complex and value-added work

However, there will be potential impacts of automation on employment and the workforce

Some jobs may be replaced by automation, while others may be created or changed as a result of automation

It is our responsibility to make sure that people are able to skill up for automation and new jobs are created for people at all levels and for all skill sets
That will be the way to do *RESPONSIBLE AUTOMATION*
