Don Bluth MasterClass Pencil test

In July 2010 I traveled to Arizona to take a 2d animation class by one of the great masters: Don Bluth (secret of NIMH, American Tale, A Land Before time, Titan AE, and others). We got roughly 4 days to animate a scene involving a character (jake0 on a moving pan. So much was learned in this class It's impossible to just put it all into words, but it was easily one of the best experiences of my life.

I know it won't look it, but this test taught me to animate in ways I've never done before. What you're seeing here is about 4 days of very intense work. Unfinished, and we'll see if I ever completely revise it. I need the tools to do so.
