The Joy of Being, Session 1:
‘The Joy of Being’ presents a new aspect of Kum Nye. We expand space and time so that the latent powers of mind can come to surface. Kum Nye brings our heartfelt wishes to the foreground and activates them in time and space.
In Kum Nye we awaken the mind by activating our body in space. We first calm the body and mind and then awaken the powers of mind. The exercises presented in the first book are designed to activate locations in the body while the second book activates the mind.
The first Kum Nye book focuses on stress reduction and awakening our vibrant aliveness.
Activating Nye and expanding Kum, cultivating inner space awakens the body of knowledge. Whereas the second book guides us to attune our vibrant aliveness to the present. The physical and non physical worlds begin to communicate, inner and outer energies integrate into one space. Here we focus on the Kum to embody space and awaken the Nye.
Restoring inner balance dissolves restlessness and dissatisfaction. With practice our perception changes, the experience of our reality changes; we know more and see things differently. We become lighter, joyful, and our interaction are continuously present. We feel complete, that nothing is missing; we are no longer needy, do not feel excluded or self-conscious. When the mind is no longer preoccupied with worry and manipulation, the latent powers of mind start to surface.
