Anchor Stefano DiPietrantonio presses three Cuban men, arrested on credit card fraud charges, in Spanish. Nitro, WV Police believe they are deeply entrenched in a multi-state credit card scam ring, where credit card numbers are skimmed at gas pumps, then re-imprinted on stolen gift cards. In this case, police say the men tried to spend more than $2,300 in merchandise, using those bogus cards at the WalMart in Nitro.
