Imagine controlling your entire home from your smartphone; even when WiFi is down. In this video, I’ll show you how to create a Bluetooth-based relay control system using the ESP32-S3 and a custom Android app I developed in Android Studio. It’s fast, reliable, and works perfectly with the MaTouch 1.28” Toolset Timer Switch Relay from Makerfabs.

This is the third part of my MaTouch 1.28” series. In the previous episode, I showed how to turn the same board into a WiFi-based smart home controller using Blynk IoT with real-time synchronization between the touchscreen UI and mobile app. Now, we’re taking it further by going fully Bluetooth, so you can control your devices offline; no WiFi needed.

You will learn how to:
Control multiple relays using Bluetooth
Build and customize your own Android app in Android Studio
Use the same ESP32 code on any board without display modifications
Send and receive real-time feedback from relays
Use this project as a template for future ESP32 BLE projects
