In this video I show how to find deep sky objects in the sky and point your star tracker like a Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer into the correct spot in the sky for deep sky astrophotography. I explain the entire process of locating a deep sky object in the night sky like e.g. Orion Nebula or Andromeda Galaxy and then how to fine tune star tracker position in order to get the perfect framing. I share some very useful tools that I use in this process like websites and apps that can help tremendously with the entire process. We are not using the ballhead on the declination bracket which for beginners might be counter-intuitive but the way the tracker is designed we can actually get way better precision by just mounting the camera with a telephoto lens or a small telescope directly on the bracket.
