I had my Squier DUO-SONIC fretted and refreted, and the nut was made into a lefty.

Yes, the usual. I've done this several times on my friend's guitars, including reversing the nut, embedding the side positions, adding strap pins, and so on.
The most difficult part is to install the strap pin.

The position of the strap pin on a cheap guitar is completely different from the position and angle of the strap pin on a high-end guitar.
Orientation to the corners of the body is really difficult.

ええ、いつものです。何回かやらせていただいている友人のギターのレフティ化、作業内容としては、ナットを逆に制作、サイドポジション埋め込み、ストラップピンの追加などなど、
一番難しいいのはなんと行っても・・・ストラップピンの取り付け。
これはもう本当にセンスと技術の塊のような作業です。
安めのギターのストラップピンの位置と高級なギターのストラップピンの位置向き角度・・・全然違います。
ボディの角に対しての向き、は本当に難しいです。
センス・・・センスをくれ・・・

そして、友人はいつになったらストラトを買うのでしょうか。
