DIY solar combiner box build. How to wire with surge protection device/lightning arrester

This is how to build a solar combiner box with surge protection device/lightning arrester for an solar array. Mine is configured for four strings of three serialized 250W solar panels. This allows me a total of 3000 watts of solar power per combiner box.
