Jerry talks some about his childhood, his entry into climbing, (as a lineman in the Vietnam War) and his career up to retirement, not the least of which, includes his writing of three books;
"The Fundamentals of General Tree Work,"
"High Climbers and Timber Fallers," and
"Coast Redwood."
