Hello Everyone, in this tutorial i am going to show you how to fix there is a billing problem with a previous purchase on iPhone in iOS 13 and payment information could not be updated.

Method No 1: See Your unpaid Purchase History.
Your cannot Install and update applications from Apps Store if there are unpaid purchases on your account.
To see unpaid purchase history.
1. Launch Settings app on iPhone.
2. Swipe down and tap "iTune & Apps Store".
3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap "View Apple ID".
4. Now, Swipe down to Purchase History and tap it.
5. Under the section of pending if there are any unpaid purchases, click on them to update your information and make the payment.

Method No 2: Update your Payment Detail.
1. Launch Settings app.
2. Swipe down to 'iTune and App Store" and tap it.
3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap "View Apple ID".
4. Tap "Country Region" then tap "Change Country or Region".
5. Scroll down to see your country and then click your country.
6. Tap "Agree".
7. Then Enter your Payment Detail and tap Next.
