Open: Into the Light - Genesis 17:1-7, 15-27

Sacred traditions and texts are filled with the stories of those who opened to new life and purpose. The story of faith is not one of arrival but of journey. The new butterfly’s struggle to push out of its confines produces a fissure that cannot be undone. We look to the willingness of Abraham and Sarah to take on new names, a new family, and a new mission for their lives. Let us open into the light of a new day.
