Dame Kiri Te Kanawa’s message to Cardiff Singer 2021 competitors

Patron of the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, sends a message to the 2021 competitors from her home in New Zealand, introduced by Petroc Trelawny.

The competition will be taking place nightly this week (12-19 June 2021) and is available to watch in the UK on the BBC iPlayer, and international viewers can watch all the performances on the Cardiff Singer website shortly after televised broadcasts.
