Ronald L Sanford was convicted of double homicide at the tender age of 13. He was sentenced to 170 years in prison for a crime committed by a child who had poor guidance for the first 13 years of his life. Now in his 40s I believe he is completely rehabilitated. Ronald has achieved an education while incarcerated and for the duration of his teens and adult life he has lived under strict rules becoming a model inmate.
