The Rostar Group of companies has been manufacturing quality suspension parts for commercial vehicles for more than 16 years. Production of shock absorbers is carried out at the facilities of the LLC “Suspension”, the subsidiary company of Rostar. High-quality certified raw materials, modern technical equipment and qualified specialists altogether ensure the high quality of finished products at the level of the best European manufacturers.

All shock absorbers are laser-marked and have a unique serial number containing important technical information about the product.

The body of each shock absorber undergoes a leak test at a pressure of 8 atmospheres.

Before going on the market, each product is tested on a test facility and packed in a Rostar-branded package.

What is the shock absorber of the new generation? Here is the list of a few key engineering solutions used in the updated design:
1. The sealing unit has been significantly modernized, which made it possible to exclude oil leaks on the shock absorber rod and significantly reduce the dynamic gasket hangup.
2. The design of the silentblock has been radically revised, the thickness of the rubber layer has been increased and now the estimated service life of the product is more than two years.
3. The shape of the bottom is optimized - the movement of the rod and the valve block is stabilized in relation to the shock absorber body.

4. The stem casing is securely wound with the shock absorber upper cover.

These improvements allow us to offer a unique extended warranty for a new shock absorber, because we are confident in our quality.
