A work supervisor, or co worker is a powerful witness that can help the jury understand the effects of an injury. Dannette Griffith was a valuable employee of Terminex before she was injured in this accident. Her supervisor came to court and talked about what a great worker she was before the accident, and that she tried to keep working despite her injuries until finally she could no longer do her job. This was very important for the jury to hear because it was a lot more believable when someone other than the injured person says they are hurt. But bringing in her boss, the jury could easily see that this was not a made up injury.
