His Ventrac 3000 series tractor is equipped with a field mower and tree shield kit designed specifically for tree farms and nurseries. The branch lifters and shield kit add protection for the operator while also protecting trees from mower damage.

Because of the compact design of the Ventrac, Oberhouse is able to plant a narrow tree row, ranging from 5.5 to 6 feet apart, and can still maintain rows as the trees grow wider.

Ideally suited for tree nurseries, the Ventrac 3000 offers excellent out-front visibility, front mounted attachments, power steering and all-wheel drive to get in and out of adverse terrain.
