approval vide in eFile No. E-573006 dated 23/11/2024, online applications are hereby invited
through the official website of DEE, Assam, .in from eligible Indian
Citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and permanent residents of Assam,
who are qualified in Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test
(CTET) for UP Schools, for filling up of 1600 (One Thousand six Hundred) vacancies of Assistant
Teacher, Science Teacher and Hindi Teacher of UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary
Education, Assam in the Pay Band – 2 (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- plus Grade Pay and
other allowances as admissible as per “The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules
