How to make Old Fashioned variations - New Year Celebration

To kick off this New Year celebration we decided it would be an awesome idea to try out some Old Fashioned variations. What could be better than a classic with a twist?

Rum Old Fashioned
_________________________________________________
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
2 oz. Eldorado 15 year rum (or any other aged rum)
1/4 oz. Allspice liqueur
1/2 oz. Brown sugar simple syrup

Gin Refashioned
_________________________________________________
2 dashes organge bitters
1/4 oz. Passionfruit puree
1/4 oz. Simple syrup
2 oz. Plymouth gin gin

Old Tom Gin Old Fashioned
_________________________________________________
2 dashes angatora bitters
1/2 oz. Brown sugar simple syrup
1 bar spoon luxardo cherry syrup
2 oz. Bar Hill Old Tom Gin
