How to build Infrared Sauna at home for under $200 (or $100) | DIY

In this video I show you how to built your own infrared sauna on a budget or red light therapy and photo modulation device. I will show you two ways to build your sauna, from cheap and easy way, to a bit more complex one.

If you were to buy a device like this on the market, it would cost you around $800 minimum. But we'll built one cheaply.

I'll also share with you why you want to use and build a (Near infrared) sauna or heat lamp sauna panel, the benefits of infrared sauna and other bits and pieces of information, with a bit of fun here and there :D.

I never built anything before, so this was me learning from scratch.

Some people (and especially companies) call this a Near Infrared (NIR) sauna, but these are incandescent light bulbs that have also Near infrared spectrum as well as Mid and Far Infrared radiation. So if we were to use these terms, we'd have to use Full Spectrum Infrared sauna... But let's not call that either :).

I use my sauna for detoxing, cell repair and against joint pain though they are great for helping with sleep, muscle recovery, detox, and so much more.
