Spiderman loses his powers as he swings by New York City. As Peter, he tries to get his relationship back with Mary Jane. He is later invited by Dr. Otto Octavius to witness his magnum opus experiment on himself. He unveils the 'Octo' arms to the people and the might energy of the sun. But the experiment doesn't go as planned, sabotaging the entire lab. Will Peter Parker as Spiderman be able to save himself and others?
