How to Upgrade Quest 3S VR Headstrap

How to remove the Meta Quest 3 / 3S facial interface and headstrap to upgrade it to a newer more comfortable one!

Want to change out your Quest VR headstrap? It can feel like your going to break it if you do it wrong, so here is how to swap it out properly!
First, remove the facial interface — it just pulls off.
Next, disconnect the top strap from the loop. It should slide out easily.
Then, and this is a scary part, firmly hold the slide arms of the strap and clip them out of the headset slots.
Now grab your new headstrap.
clip the arms back into the slots until they click.
Attach the top strap, and snap the facial interface back on.
