How-To: Kids Poppy Troll Costume DIY (No Sewing Required!)

Materials:

Primary dress in pool: https://www.primary.com/shop/kids/dresses/the-dress?ref=nav_pdp_9&color=pool&size=4-5
Primary slim long sleeve tee in raspberry: https://www.primary.com/shop/kids/tops/the-slim-long-sleeve-t-shirt?ref=nav_pdp_5&color=raspberry&size=8-9
Primary legging in raspberry: https://www.primary.com/shop/kids/leggings/the-legging?ref=nav_pdp_2&color=raspberry&size=2
White felt (1 sheet 9x12 inches)
Green felt (1 sheet 9x12 inches)
Turquoise felt (1 sheet 9x12 inches)
Pink felt (1 sheet 9x12 inches)
Pink tulle (1 roll 6 inches x 25 yards)
Headband (with teeth)
Marker
Double sided fabric tape
Hot glue gun and sticks
Scissors

How to:

Headpiece:
Cut 24 strips of tulle about 24 inches long
Hold 2 strips together and fold in half and loop around the headband in between the teeth
Cut a length of tulle and bunch the tulle hair and tie together
Cut 2 strips of green felt and glue together, then glue around the hair.
Cut 3 flowers from turquoise felt and glue to the hairband
Cut 2 pink rectangles and cut into pointy ears
Glue and pinch one end together
Glue to the headband

Dress design:
Lay out the dress
Cut two long rectangles and glue together
Cut to the width of the dress
Fold in half, draw pointed design, and cut
Cut 9 teardrops
Use double sided fabric tape to attach the white felt design onto the dress
