Honestly, I've really streamlined my routine ALOT over the past year. I try to really choose what's most important for me to accomplish during my time when the kids are at school, and when they are home from school I'm in full Mom mode (helping with homework, playing outside, cooking dinner etc.) I very rarely film those moments because I'm just trying to be in the moment. I try to balance my energy with house work, business, and also my own personal growth and development (self care). This is an example of my personal routine aside from my family time.
Four Sigma Recommendations & Tips: I recommend sticking with Chaga in the morning to start the day off right, Cordyceps before being active (or for an energy boost without the caffeine!), Lion's Mane when you need some help concentrating during work, and Reishi in the evening as the best kind of night cap. All of the mushrooms can also be consumed throughout the day, whenever they are needed most! The entire catalog is vegan and gluten-free!
