HOW I TURNED OUR GARAGE INTO A GYM DURING QUARANTINE!

We love to workout from home! Especially during the global pandemic, we just feel better about working out from home these days! We have fallen in love with it because we are not waiting for equipment, we are not forced to socialize with anyone we wouldn't want to (hello introverts out there!), and we add a little more social distancing to our lives! We also stream our workouts through Beachbody on Demand and working with those super trainers has been life-changing!! In fact, I lost 70 LBS from home in 2013 using Beachbody programs!
