보쌈 (Bossam) - Korean Pork Belly Wrap

Today I will be making 보쌈 (Bossam). This pork belly dish is vibrant and delicious. I will also show you how I prepare the radish kimchi (4:13) and shrimp paste side (6:16) for the Bossam. Hope you enjoy!

1:00 Ingredient list
1:06 Make the dried kelp (Dashima) broth
1:15 Debone and cut the pork
1:38 Let the pork soak in cold water
1:45 How to make radish kimchi
4:13 Drain the pork
4:29 Prepare the broth for the Bossam
6:11 Set the broth + pork on high for about 20 minutes with the lid on
6:16 How to make the shrimp paste side
6:40 Take the lid off of the pot, check on the pork, let cook without lid for 20 more minutes
7:00 Prepare the Napa cabbage for wrapping
7:55 Prepare the oysters for the wrap
8:26 Check on the pork
9:11 Remove the pork and slice
9:19 Plate all of the ingredients
9:42 Eating time!
