Easy Smoked Bacon Anyone Can Make

Smoked Brisket Made Easy for Beginners Vol 2:

We all know bacon goes with everything. So, I am going to show you easy smoked bacon anyone can make at home. Once you make your own home made bacon, you'll never want to buy it again.

Bacon Cure:
400g salt
200g sugar
60g pink salt

(optional spices)
15g garlic
15g pepper
5g sage
5g pepper flakes

1. Apply 3% of total pork belly weight in ounces all over the belly and refrigerate for 4-7 days.
2. Rinse pork belly off to remove cure. (Soak in fresh water to remove excess salt if needed.
3. Smoke low at 200F or so to internal temp of 150F.
4. Cool the bacon and package for use.
