Unknown 1988 Studio Tape Recording

I picked up a tape deck from Goodwill today and it had a tape in it that appears to be from 1988. This is what was on it. Not sure what group this is but if anyone has information that would be neat. Since the tape is 34 years old at the time of recording it sounds terrible. Feel free to sample this if you'd like, I'm sure the abysmal quality makes it fair use.
