Former lead detective for the case of Carol Ryan felt 'in his heart' he knew the killer #truecrime
Why can’t detectives find the person who murdered Carol Ryan?
The original investigator on the case believes they did find Carol’s killer — the person who detonated an explosive device inside of her and left her, naked and dying, on the side of a Jamesville, N.Y., road on Sept. 1, 1996.
Detectives repeatedly questioned the man but did not have enough physical evidence to put him in handcuffs.
“I felt in my heart, I still do to this day, that he’s the one that did it,” said Carl Kruger, the original lead detective.
