Ant Middleton tests the Float to Live survival skill with the RNLI

RNLI ambassador, adventurer and author Ant Middleton visited the RNLI in Brighton to experience cold water shock for real. Demonstrating the Float to Live survival advice, he leans back in the water, keeping his airway clear and allowing him to bring his breathing back under control.
