Garlic - 1 clove
Carrots (optional) - 1 pc.

Seasoning dried basil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Sauce (lemon juice 2 tsp, honey 1 tsp)

Wash the zucchini, cut off both sides. Cut the zucchini noodles with a vegetable peeler. Zucchini strips should be thin, but not transparent. It is very good to heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Put all the squash noodles in the pan. Stir after about a minute and a half. Lay carrots on top. Mix. After about a minute, salt, pepper, add chopped garlic and herbs, and then pour over the sauce. This sauce is the highlight of this dish. Stir, turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and wait another minute. That's all - squash "noodles" is ready.
