Feeling tired, overwhelmed or hormonally off during pregnancy?

This pregnancy-safe yoga & pranayama flow is designed to support thyroid balance, calm your nervous system and reduce fatigue — gently and mindfully.

PART 1 – Practice Slowly & With Awareness ⬇️

1️⃣ Cat & Cow - Improves spinal flexibility, supports the endocrine system, and helps ease pregnancy fatigue.

2️⃣ Buddha Konasana (Butterfly) - Encourages hormonal balance, reduces stress, and gently supports pelvic opening.

3️⃣ Setu Bandha (Bridge Pose) - Boosts blood circulation, gently stimulates the thyroid, and relieves lower-back tension.
⚠️ Use a pillow under hips. Avoid long holds.

4️⃣ Viparita Karani - Calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and supports hormonal balance.
⚠️ Do not lie flat for too long.

5️⃣ Bhramari Pranayama - Helps quiet the mind, lowers stress levels, and supports healthy thyroid function.

Consistency matters more than intensity. Move gently, breathe deeply and listen to your body. 🌸
