1969 Chevy C10 Long Bed, Budget 4-6 drop! All coil spring drop. No drop spindles! Lowering.
Today we install 4 inch front drop coils in our 1969 Chevrolet pick up. In the rear we plan to install 6 inch drop coils. The Hotchkiss coil spring kit that I install came with the pick up when I bought it. The coil springs are made by Hotchkiss. The previous owner of this track heated the springs to lower it. They seemed OK however the truck did not set level. As you know I really like the ShortBed trucks and this would be a nice one to shorten. However I do not plan to shorten it. I really like the looks of this long box. It would be nice to install a LS motor with fuel injection. However that is not in the budget. Welcome to Rusty Duck Garage.
