It was a good ride for a while. But recent events have us thinking California is done. The California reparations board (yes they have one) just recommended a payout of 1.2 million dollars for every person of color in the golden state. Okay. Let's put everything else aside for a moment and just focus on the money. The cost. Here's a little info: Cali doesn't have a lot of extra cash. Gavin Newsom is actually looking at a 22 billion budget shortfall. So, let's discuss the problems facing the brainiacs in charge of Cali. From where we're standing? California is done.
