Lift Heavy or Feel Like Lifting Heavy | Tips for Muscle Building (MUST WATCH)

In bodybuilding where muscle hypertrophy is the main objective, it is crucial to find ways to feel like you’re lifting heavier, rather than simply trying to lift heavy weight. If you’re not getting that mind muscle connection during the exercise, it is possible that you were just “LIFTING” the weight, focusing on simply executing a movement.
