In this episode, it's all about Andy! Andy is working on having a healthy lifestyle, and with that she's been losing weight! Weight loss isn't about how to lose weight fast or get to a smaller dress size, it's about feeling healthier and stronger inside and out. She's been afraid of the dressing room, so we're conquering her fears and trying to help create a positive body image for her! You won't believe the transformation in the try on haul at the end!
