Marine scene was a subject I wanted to explore for quite a while and lately the idea of having a whole infrastructure city being supplied by a huge Windmill came to my mind so I had to execute it!
Basic sketch, then making rough layout in 3dsmax, rendered in octane and took for many hours back to good old Photoshop.
