After finishing all the processes of mold production, we clean the mold. The purposes are to remove dust and debris and to clear excess material left on the mold's surface. After cleaning, the mold is ready for injection.

Next, the mold is placed into the injection molding machine, where the parameters and materials are set. Once configured, the machine will produce lenses at a consistent rate.

After the lenses are produced, they are delivered by a robotic arm to the workstation, where skilled workers cut off the sharp gates.

Following these steps, the fresnel lenses are ready for packaging and distribution.
