In our latest video we are using a new material that some of you may not be familiar with. PEEK is a premium thermo-plastic that has the strength of some aluminum alloys, and can resist temperatures of 480 degrees Fahrenheit (250 degrees Celsius.) Its unique properties makes it popular for medical implants, aerospace, electrical and automotive.

Max starts up with the setup of the tooling on the xsTECH Pro, then moves onto the cutting of both sides of the PEEK.
