World of Warcraft - Weird Theramore Glitch

I was working on the Hallow's End achievements when I went to Theramore and found it like this. I think it's phased between the normal Theramore and the destroyed Theramore... but I don't know, I'm not a scientist. Other's told me it was normal for them, so I decided to record it and see if anyone else was seeing the same thing.
