✨ Magic Circle Monday ✨

Small prop… big challenge. 🙌

The Magic Circle is one of the original Pilates tools created by Joseph Pilates to add feedback, resistance and connection to your movement. By gently squeezing the circle, you switch on deeper muscle groups and improve control throughout the whole body.

In this series we’re working through:
▫️ Chest lift + leg extension (magic circle between the ankles) to challenge deep abdominal support and lower-body control
▫️ Roll downs holding the magic circle to encourage shoulder stability and spinal articulation
▫️ Side leg lifts with a squeeze to activate your core and shoulders whilst feeling those glutes!

The beauty of the Magic Circle is that it’s simple but incredibly effective — adding just enough resistance to help you find the muscles you didn’t know you had.

A small prop that delivers a surprisingly big workout. 😍
