The song in Hebrew ( Aramaic really ) is the
Kaddish
which is also known as the mourners prayer ..
For those not of the Jewish faith …
Kaddish is a prayer proclaiming the greatness of the almighty.. to show that even with our grief we are not angry or bitter because of our loss .. that all is done for the ultimate good .. death or the dead are not mentioned
It is really a prayer for the living and their continue devotion to G-d
