Women and Ginseng: Mary Lawson
Many people feel that dealing American ginseng is men’s work. Mary Lawson and a handful of other women prove them wrong. Through word-of-mouth advertising, straight and fair dealing, and a loyal base of diggers, Lawson can hold her own with any male dealer.
